Summer Smoothies, Cramping Cardio and Yawning Yoga

What a way to start the weekend. I woke up and decided to make a fruity smoothie. I added frozen blackforest fruits, Hazelnut milk, water and half a scoop of my strawberry flavoured protein powder. What do you add to your fruity smoothies?






Now my lunch was all types of amazing, I'm still thinking about the taste of it right now. SO AMAZING. Grilled honey glazed salmon (Yes I'm getting trigger happy with this honey) With iceberg lettuce, olives, feta cheese drizzled with balsamic vinegar.. drool with me. So good and so filling that I didn't even have a dinner.


After my lunch settled, I headed off the gym with my gym buddy Roni and we hit up all the cardio vascular machines doing interval workouts.. (videos will up on my youtube channel on Monday, Subscribe now so you don't miss it) www.youtube.com/pippavlogs



After our 2 hour workout of burning 300 calories each and a 30 minute Ab Burn out workout, I headed home and eventually drank my sweet strawberry protein shake.
Rested for the best of half hour then headed out to Walthamstow Leisure centre where Dee Dee, Beccs and I had a 30 minute badminton session (more cardio) Haven't played since I was 12 it was pretty fun! Had a 200m sprint race with Beccs and I literally couldn't breathe after. Enough cardio for one day methinks. Need to work on that endurance 


The perfect way to end the evening with a relaxing session of yoga. Actually I lied, it wasn't relaxing,  it was quite difficult. We accidentally booked ourselves onto the advanced class and I was struggling, it was so embarrassing, but the teacher was very welcoming and adhered to our limitations.. Well mine! DD and Beccs were complete pros. It was my first time trying Yoga but I would definitely do it again, beginners level next time obviously lol. Great for core strengthening, and I need to master those "Warrior squats"


Well as you can imagine I am totally knackered, so I'm out. Goodnight guys. See you tomorrow
