Unfinished Business.

I am honestly the worst person when it comes to sticking to fitness. I am another January "New Year, New me" bandwagoner. For any of you who have followed my blog from the very beginning you would know that I've started this fitness journey 3 whole times now. I always get off to a great start, see a few changes in my appearance then go straight back to the greasy pits of fast food hell.


I shyed away from blogging about fitness simply because I wasn't practising it and you have to practice what you preach right?
Don't get me wrong I'm not here to blog and advise on fitness, I'm only here to document my journey in the hopes of inspiring others to start. So once again.. Welcome to my fitness journey, glad you could join me.
But this time I'm serious, I promise, like for real this time. My body and I have some serious unfinished business.
