When Lauren invited me over to Dubai to experience the AG league in all its glory, giving me the VVIP treatment, it was an offer I couldn't refuse.

*Throwback Thursday Post* Nike Risk Everything Winners.
It has been a phenomenal week for football fans in the city of London. The old Sorting house on New Oxford Street had been transformed into Nike Phenomenal house for one week only. The venue housed an event that fused "the world of music, style, football and innovation"
with a genealogy of football boots, spikes and trainers, a pop-up shop with exclusive and customised Nike gear and also a store to buy 1 of 1055 prints of the commemorative Arsenal and Nike 20 years union.

The Starting Line
.. And so the Journey begins, I sit here thinking is this what I really want to do? Share my gruesome, painful, sweaty fitness journey with the world? Invite them into my kitchen to see what i'm eating? Take them along to the gym to share my workouts? Is this really what I want to do? Theres no going back.
Once you have joined me on this journey, there's no turning back, there's no giving up. I'm taking you along with me on my journey to fitness, blog by blog, vlog by vlog, day by day. I'm here to support you when you feel like indulging in a fat greasy burger, or a creamy pasta dish. I'm here to inspire you to take up a healthy lifestyle, whilst inspiring myself, its always best to go on these journeys with someone to share the experiences. So, Are you with me?
Great!!
Well heres a little about me. I am a food loving young mother, which I guess explains the huge pouch around my mid-rift that I'm trying to shift. I work as a freelance TV Presenter for Arsenal Fan Tv. Watching the footage back is the most gruesome thing ever, I would be moderately happy with my face/make-up but once my body is in shot its a Crisis. Not TV friendly at all. So it's time for a change, to improve my image and most importantly my health and lifestyle.
Now we all know how hard it can be to lose that
belly tyre, and its true what they say, it starts in the kitchen. This is going to be such a challenge, Food is my LIFE! but we're in this together right?.. Right?
GREAT!
Ok, so I promise to share a food diary with you; breakfast, lunch, dinner and liquids. I will also produce a weekly vlog on my youtube channel of my workouts and exercises. This is going to be so fun.
N.B As this was a impulse decision to get my act together I wasn't fully prepared to share an amazing lunch with you today, but in all fairness it was pretty healthy.

Ok, you got me, it was a pretty boring lunch, but I promise you they will be a whole lot better than this (Once I do my groceries) This popcorn is absolute heaven btw, Salt and Sweet and only 115 Calories. Winner. I also had a Cheese and Pickle with rocket sandwich on Wholemeal bread. Strangely tasty, And of course a bottle of water, ALWAYS.
Unless I'm out to dinner, its cocktails haha :)
Well I guess thats it for today my lovely, but don't forget to keep me posted on your progress with workouts and nutrition. We're in this together x
