Homemade Supergreen Smoothie

So this morning I woke up and did a 20 minute home workout burning 100 calories.. GO ME!! ( I'll post a vid of my morning workout routine next week)


As you can imagine I was feeling extremely dehydrated and exhausted and needed something to quench my thirst. I just recently purchasd the Nutribullet and I have literally made a smoothie everyday. This morning I made my fave, SUPERGREEN;

  •  Cucumber- half
  •  2 x Celery sticks
  •  1 x Granny Smith Apple
  •  2 x Bananas
  •  Spinach - handful
YUMMY! I added iced cubes so I could have it nice and chilled on the go.
